Up until early 2026, our team operated within the private parking and adjacent properties management sector, having worked tirelessly to secure relationships built with landowners, facilities operators and commercial partners
We understand first-hand the challenges faced by organisations responsible for managing land, balancing commercial targets with public expectations and navigating an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.
The private parking industry occupies a unique position. It performs an important function in protecting access, preventing misuse and ensuring that landowners retain control of their assets. Yet it is also a sector characterised by intense public scrutiny, evolving legislation, administrative complexity and significant operational burden. Even where operators act responsibly and in good faith, the commercial landscape can be unpredictable and increasingly restrictive.
Rather than viewing these challenges as obstacles, we chose to see them as an opportunity to rethink how underutilised land and external spaces could provide alternative value for all.

Today, Car Park Diversification Group Ltd focuses on helping landowners and site operators generate revenue through business-to-business occupation strategies. We facilitate, broker and manage mid to long-term arrangements that connect suitable commercial occupiers with underutilised forecourts, external areas and car parking facilities.
In doing so, we create opportunities that benefit all parties involved. From service users and landowners to the businesses like us operating within the space.
